This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory management while utilizing modern warehouse software and handheld scanning technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and complete orders for shipment, unload incoming inventory, and stage materials for distribution.
Inventory Accuracy: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and BatchMaster software to conduct inventory counts and maintain real-time data integrity.
Technical Operations: Use handheld scanners and tablets to scan Bin Locations, LPNs, and Item Codes for accurate processing.
Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment according to company safety standards.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in alignment with GMP requirements.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to use inventory or warehouse management software (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math proficiency.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 75 pounds.
