Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
• Ability to use inventory or warehouse management software (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and complete orders for shipment, unload incoming inventory, and stage materials for distribution.
• Inventory Accuracy: Use WMS and BatchMaster to maintain real-time data integrity.
• Technical Operations: Use handheld scanners/tablets to scan locations, LPNs, and item codes for accurate processing.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment per safety standards.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in GMP-aligned conditions.
