Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts handling and shipping at our Goodyear, AZ facility. You will help preserve aircraft parts, manage inventories, and prepare items for shipment.

This role requires forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, be able to operate a forklift, and complete AerSale forklift training plus hazardous materials certification.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required; must obtain AerSale forklift training and HM training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preservation of aircraft parts.
• Conduct parts inventory and sorting of parts for distribution.
• Package parts and prepare for shipping.
• Load parts onto trucks using forklift.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with the preservation of aircraft parts.
• Conduct parts inventory and sort parts to distribute accordingly.
• Package parts accordingly and prepare for shipping.
• Responsible for loading parts onto truck using forklift.

Education And Experience

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience (1-2 years)

Skills And Abilities

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience driving forklift
• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Continuous lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching.
• Possess a valid driver’s license that meets AerSale motor vehicle policy standards.
• Always operating the company vehicle in a safe, professional manner.
• Wearing safety equipment when required.
