Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Millington, TN to assemble orders, receive and inspect materials, and prepare shipments. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and reliability in a busy warehouse environment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience, a High School diploma, and preferably an FAA A&P license. Lifting up to 50 lbs and proficiency with courier software are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Receive, unbox, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Verify deliveries using shipping records.
• Inspect shipping/receiving equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure inspections are properly documented.
• Assist with physical counts and audits of inventory.
• Work with courier software (FedEx, UPS, OHL, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse areas.
• Track parts and tooling in inspection/quarantine areas.
• Verify materials meet internal and customer requirements.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Inspect shipping and receiving equipment, and notify supervisor for need of maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Ensure all inspections are properly performed and documented.
• Assist with regular audits of physical counts of inventory, reconciling counts with system records.
• Work with company computer systems and courier software (FedEx, UPS, OHL, etc.)
• General warehouse duties.
• Ability to effectively work with internal & external customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Keep receiving, shipping and warehouse areas clean, neat, safe, and secure.
• Responsible to ensure all incoming materials adhere to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QSM) and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Process items into Pentagon and/or Quantum accurately and efficiently.
• Verify materials shipped to customers and Vendors meet Purchase/Repair Order internal and customer requirements.
• Keep track of parts and tooling in inspection/quarantine areas.

Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years prior experience performing shipping & receiving duties.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• FAA A&P License desired

Abilities and Skills:

• Read, Write, and understand the English Language.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Subject to continual load noises.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.
