Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional to join our warehouse team in Roswell, NM. You will handle order assembly, goods preparation for shipment, and verifying shipments against records.

Daily duties include inspecting materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. FAA A&P license is a plus, and a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in shipping & receiving.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies.
• Verifies accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments using shipping records.
• Ensures inspections are properly performed and documented.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse areas.
• Uses company computer systems and courier software (FedEx, UPS, OHL).
• Manages inventory audits and reconciles counts with system records.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Ensure all inspections are properly performed and documented.
• Inspect shipping and receiving equipment, and notify supervisor for need of maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Assist with regular audits of physical counts of inventory, reconciling counts with system records.
• Work with company computer systems and courier software (FedEx, UPS, OHL, etc.)
• General warehouse duties.
• Ability to effectively work with internal & external customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Keep receiving, shipping and warehouse areas clean, neat, safe, and secure.
• Responsible to ensure all incoming materials adhere to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company's Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QSM) and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Process items into Pentagon and/or Quantum accurately and efficiently.
• Verify materials shipped to customers and Vendors meet Purchase/Repair Order internal and customer requirements.
• Keep track of parts and tooling in inspection/quarantine areas.

Education And Experience

• 6+ years prior experience performing shipping & receiving duties.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• FAA A&P License Desired

Abilities And Skills

• Read, Write, and understand the English Language.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Subject to continual load noises.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.
