Job summary

Flynn's Tire in Solon, OH is seeking a Warehouse Team Member / Driver (Non-CDL, Day) for a full-time role. You will manage inventory, operate forklifts, and deliver tires using a box truck (16–24 ft). A valid license with a clean MVR is required.

You will use an electronic inventory system, follow GPS directions, and maintain DOT logs while delivering excellent customer service. CDL is not required, DOT medical certification is preferred after hire, with strong career growth opportunities.

Our WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS / DRIVERS perform duties that include but are not limited to:

• Inventory management through receiving, stocking and distribution
• Safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers
• Effective operation of electronic scanning inventory system
• A safe driving record, free of accidents and safety violations, operating a box truck ranging from 16 to 24 feet
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to customers on delivery routes
• Accurately identify products on customer orders and deliver tires as ordered
• Effectively communicate any customer needs to the warehouse leadership team
• Adhere to GPS instructions, maintain DOT log, and complete pre-trip inspections on vehicles
• Assist warehouse team members as needed

Job Requirements:
