Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Group in Solon, OH is seeking Warehouse Team Members to manage inventory in our Distribution Centers, operating stock pickers and forklifts to receive, store, and distribute tires.

You will load and unload tires, ensure accurate inventory using an electronic scanning system, and maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Join a team that values reliability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required.
• Able to lift 20–80 pounds.
• Able to withstand being lifted 15 ft.

What You Will Do:

Warehouse Team Members are responsible for inventory management within our Distribution Centers through receiving, stocking, and distribution, using Stock Picker/Forklift equipment. Our WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS perform duties that include but are not limited to:

• Inventory management through receiving, stocking and distribution
• Safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers
• Effective operation of electronic scanning inventory system
• Load and Unload tires in and out of trucks and containers
