Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Solon, OH distribution center. No CDL is required, and you’ll be home every night on full-time routes.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• DOT medical certification preferred (must be obtained post hire)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and maintain a strong commitment to safe driving practices
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every route by representing Flynn's Tire Warehouse in a professional manner
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates with warehouse leadership
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and safely navigate delivery routes using GPS
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members whenever needed
