Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Group in Solon, OH is seeking Warehouse Team Members to join our distribution centers. You will manage inventory, receive, stock, and distribute tires using stock pickers and forklifts, with safety as a priority.

This full-time role offers top pay with a $2/hour night-shift differential, night shifts starting around 11:30pm, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life and 401k, plus up to 20 PTO days per year.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR/background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Able to operate forklifts and reach heights up to 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management through receiving, stocking, and distribution.
• Safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers.
• Use electronic scanning inventory systems to track tires.
• Load and unload tires in and out of trucks and containers.

What You Will Do:

Warehouse Team Members are responsible for inventory management within our Distribution Centers through receiving, stocking, and distribution, using Stock Picker/Forklift equipment. Our WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS perform duties that include but are not limited to:

• Inventory management through receiving, stocking and distribution
• Safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers
• Effective operation of electronic scanning inventory system
• Load and Unload tires in and out of trucks and containers

Job Requirements:
