Job summary

Flynn's Tire in Solon, OH is seeking a Warehouse Team Member / Driver (Non-CDL, Day) for a full-time role. You will manage inventory, operate forklifts, and deliver tires using a box truck (16–24 ft). A valid license with a clean MVR is required.

You will use an electronic inventory system, follow GPS directions, and maintain DOT logs while delivering excellent customer service. CDL is not required, DOT medical certification is preferred after hire, with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug testing required.
• CDL is NOT required.
• DOT medical certification preferred (to be obtained post hire).

Responsibilities

• Inventory management through receiving, stocking and distribution.
• Safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers.
• Operate electronic scanning inventory system.
• Deliver tires on routes with a box truck (16–24 ft).
• Provide exceptional customer service on deliveries.
• Adhere to GPS instructions and maintain DOT log.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and assist warehouse teammates.
