Job summary

Do it Best Group and True Value are seeking Warehouse Team Members for the Harvard IL Regional Distribution Center. This full-time position offers a 2nd shift, daily tasks across order filling, shipping, and receiving, with equipment training provided and weekly pay.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and company holidays. Candidates should be able to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, working Mon–Fri 12pm–8pm.

Qualifications

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn powered equipment (forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks) after training.
• Perform receiving, shipping, and order filling duties within the distribution center.
• Contribute to team lifts and maintain a safe work environment.

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking Order Flllers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators!

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
