Do it Best Group in Harvard, IL Distribution Center is hiring for Warehouse Team Member - 1st Shift. This full-time position offers opportunities to grow your career in logistics and product fulfillment within a supportive team.

You will receive training on powered equipment, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision and a 401(K) plan. Multiple shift options and a welcoming environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking Order Flllers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators!

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best Group Team Member you can also expect:

• Starting Pay Rate of $18.50
• MT 6a-3p WTh 6a-2p F 6a-12p - Order Filling
  Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:00p - Ecomm
  M-W 6a-3p, Thurs 6a-2p, Fri 8a-1p - Outbound
  M-W 9a-6p, Thurs 9a-5p, Fri 9a-2p
