Job summary

Do it Best Group and True Value are hiring at the Harvard IL Regional Distribution Center for Warehouse Team Members on the 2nd shift. Roles include Order Fillers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators; training is provided.

You will work Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm with weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k), and holidays. You must be able to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 80–100 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Able to repeatedly lift items weighing 40–45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 80–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach and lift during shift.
• Support team and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order fulfillment and shipping duties.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training and certification.
• Support receiving and replenishment activities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized distribution center.

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking Order Flllers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators!

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best Group Team Member you can also expect:

• Starting Pay Rate of $18.50

Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm - Shipping

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs

• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
