Job summary

Do it Best is hiring a Warehouse Team Member at our Dixon, IL distribution center. This full-time role offers weekly pay, a Sunday-Thursday schedule, health care, a quarterly bonus, and strong retirement contributions.

You will train to operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks, while developing skills across order processing and product fulfillment in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fully capable of repeatedly lifting 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lifting 80-100 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling
• Full-time availability with a Sunday-Thursday schedule
• Safety-minded with willingness to train on powered equipment

Responsibilities

• Work in Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators roles
• Develop and grow skills across logistics and product fulfillment
• Operate powered equipment after training and certification
• Support a safe, efficient warehouse environment

Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.

We’re currently adding to our growing team for our Sunday-Thursday, full time, schedule within our Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators positions.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 – $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
