Job summary

Do it Best Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for the 3rd shift at the Harvard, IL Distribution Center. Roles include Order Fillers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators. Training will cover safe operation of forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

You will develop skills across logistics and product fulfillment, with benefits like weekly pay, healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift items repeatedly (40–45 lbs).
• Able to lift up to 80–100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to assist in team lifts and work with powered equipment after training.

Location: Harvard, IL Distribution Center

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking Order Flllers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators!

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best Group Team Member you can also expect:

• Starting Pay Rate of $18.50
• M-W 2a-11a, Thurs 2a-10a, Fri 2a-7a

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
