Do it Best Group is hiring for a Warehouse Team Member in Dixon, IL. This full-time role offers weekly pay, a day shift Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be part of a team handling order processing, fulfillment, and safe material movement within our distribution center. We provide training and certification to operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Lift items repeatedly, typically 40–45 lbs and occasionally up to 80–100 lbs.
• Assist in team lifts and participate in safe material handling.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push and pull as part of daily tasks.

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.

We’re currently adding to our growing team for our Sunday-Thursday, full time, schedule within our Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators positions.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
