Do it Best Group is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Team Member in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role includes lifting, operating powered equipment after training, and working Monday–Friday with a 1st shift starting at 6:00am or 10:00am.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or similar industry.

• Wears personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety vests/Hi-Viz clothing, as required.

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulder

This position is based at our Wilkes-Barre, PA facility, where two operations are strategically housed under one roof to drive efficiency and collaboration.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best Group team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $23.93/hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.40 - $22.00 per hour
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $1.93 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

Preferred

• 0-1 years of experience, preferably in Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or similar industry.
• Generally, works in distribution warehouse environment and may be exposed to heat, cold and may work indoors and/or outdoors. May be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the Company’s warehouse facilities.
• The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position. The position may require extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Wears personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety vests/Hi-Viz clothing, as required.
