Do it Best Group in Mesquite, NV is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for a full-time position. The role offers weekly pay, day shift (Mon-Fri), and opportunities for bonuses and retirement contributions. Training is provided to operate forklifts and other powered equipment.

Qualified candidates should be able to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly, up to 80–100 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks with proper safety and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop.
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Fill and ship/receive orders in the distribution center.
• Support in team lifts and daily logistics tasks.

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Mesquite, NV distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, annual bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $26.54 /hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 - $24.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $2.14 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

• Generous paid time off available at 60 days
