McLane Company is seeking a Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity on the floor, guiding a team and ensuring safety and accuracy. You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with early start times, using power equipment to manage inbound and outbound orders in a fast-paced distribution center.

As a leader, you’ll coordinate shifts, verify product conditions, and participate in safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 18+ years of age.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack and forklift.
• Supervisory experience and basic computer skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
