Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations with 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations; forklift certification a plus.
