Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse functions across areas and act as liaison between front end, shipping, and operations.
• Supervise shipping and receiving personnel and assist with Mesquite Fleet.
• Chase orders to ensure timely completion for delivery and meet schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counts and storage optimization.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on daily decisions and goal setting.
• Oversee loading, rack space, and maintenance of forklifts.
