Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to maximize shift productivity and safety.
• Coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and employee development.
• Load/unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Maintain workplace organization and safety compliance.
• Record daily activities and basic data entry.
