Role Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader - Dispatch to support our Dispatch Supervisor in the daily functions of this area of the facility.

This hands-on and complex role involves:

1. Ensuring customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed.
2. Managing the daily dispatch schedule with the order processing team.
3. Working with our Client Service team regarding issues, errors, or delays.
4. Collaborating with the Operations Manager to understand workload and staffing requirements daily.

About You:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, ideally from a complex 3PL environment.
• High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including advanced WMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge and experience in OH&S.
• LO/LF Forklift License required.
