Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for working with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals. This includes training personnel, conducting inspections, ensuring safety policy compliance, and meeting production goals.

• Ensure pallets meet customer criteria and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Define daily work assignments to meet production goals.
• Prepare reports and correct discrepancies.
• Work with management to ensure safety compliance.
• Advise on operations or safety training needs.
• Ensure compliance with PLA Policies and Procedures.
• Manage work area setup and shift transitions.

What You'll Need

• 6+ months of experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
