Responsibilities

Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assigning scheduled work to individual technicians

• Providing training support

• Inspecting all designated work orders

• Providing mechanical assistance during crisis situations

• Reviewing completed PMs and generating all necessary work orders to address deficiencies

• Providing an atmosphere of continuous improvement

• Providing management with necessary performance information

• Assuming the duties of Maintenance Manager in his/her absence

• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an onsite position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position should possess the following:

• Training in various areas, including:

  • Safety Training for working with ammonia

  • PPE Training

  • HVAC Training

  • CMP, Food Safety and Security training

  • STOP Training

  • LOTO Training

• Mechanical experience

• Refrigeration experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks

• Ability to work in stressful circumstances and handle all types of personalities and levels of authority

• Reasoning and problem-solving ability

• Responsive to intellectual challenges

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent analytical skills
