Warehouse Team Leader

Northampton - NN4

Tuesday – Saturday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

£13.20 per hour

Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, maintaining high levels of productivity, and supporting the team in achieving key performance targets.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver efficient, high-quality service
• Oversee the accurate checking and scanning of all returns and deliveries
• Ensure all dispatches are completed in a timely and organised manner
• Support daily warehouse operations to maintain a safe and effective working environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team leaders to ensure consistent workflow
• Conduct clear and concise handovers to maintain operational continuity
• Manage and prioritise daily workloads
• Monitor and understand KPIs, driving performance improvements
• Identify and address any performance or operational issues
• Resolve escalated complaints quickly and professionally
