Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily logistics, lead a team of Warehouse Associates, and ensure accurate orders and inventory. You will champion safety, GDP compliance, and efficient use of warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes overtime flexibility, strong supervisory experience, and a commitment to a diverse, safe workplace across our Contract Logistics network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• GPD experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Ensure accurate inventory and order picking.
• Follow health and safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee warehouse housekeeping and equipment use.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Develop processes for efficient operation of warehouse equipment.
• Recommend operational improvements and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Support safety and process documentation.

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Friday - Sunday, 12:00 AM - 12:30 PM, and will be paid weekly at $23.97 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.

• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• GPD (Good Documentation Practice) experience is strongly preferred
• Forklift operating experience is a plus
• Basic technical and math skills
