Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role; at least 1 year operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

In this role

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 with a $2,500+ retention bonus payable at the end of the employment term! Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.

Term-Limited Position Notice

This position is for temporary, term-limited employment from your hire date to August 2027, after which, the role will be discontinued.
