Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is hiring for a warehouse role in New Jersey. You will operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move and store inventory safely and efficiently. The position follows a M-F schedule with standard U.S. hours and potential overtime depending on workload.

We are seeking a candidate that can safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment while supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, with flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

How you create impact

• Operate material handling equipment (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
• Support daily warehouse operations on the floor, handling material movement, stocking, and order fulfillment
• Receive, verify, and accurately record inventory using warehouse systems
• Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare orders to meet customer and quality standards
• Safely store and retrieve materials while maintaining organized inventory flow
• Perform equipment safety checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with QSHE standards

What we would like you to bring

• Proven ability to operate a stand-up reach truck, with experience operating high-reach and sit-down forklifts is required.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift or material handling equipment (MHE) experience.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Ability to support key warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory verification.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management or inventory systems.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
