UPS is seeking a Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and task execution. You will be responsible for ensuring attendance and timely submission of timecards.

The role involves leading teams, coordinating evaluations, and maintaining positive relationships with staff and customers, while adhering to UPS standards and policies. This is a permanent, on-site position requiring flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.

• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all duties are done safely and timely.
