Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee package handlers and clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks. The role includes accountability for attendance and accurate timecard submission.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced warehouse, and may possess a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, with management experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
