Job summary

Kmtire in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise unloading, organize stock, and lead a small team. You will train staff, ensure accuracy with packing slips, and uphold safety rules while filling in for other warehouse roles as needed.

In this role you will monitor productivity, coordinate staffing with the warehouse manager, and maintain designated storage areas to keep products restocked daily. The schedule is Sun-Thurs, 2pm–11pm.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming product and verify with packing slip.
• Put product away in its designated spot and restock daily.
• Track productivity of each teammate and hold them accountable for reaching goals.
• Resolve conflicts using company values as a guide.
• Coordinate with warehouse manager on staffing needs and improvements.
• Ensure all safety rules are observed.
• Maintain a to-do list for each area and communicate priorities to the team.
• Ensure products are stored in designated areas and restocking is timely.
• Respond to after-hour alarms.
