Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a warehouse team lead or similar supervisor role.
• Proficient with WMS software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule warehouse associates to optimize performance and meet targets.
• Oversee daily receiving, storing, and shipping activities per SOPs.
• Perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records in WMS.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners are in proper working order.
• Coordinate with drivers, request PO numbers, print BOLs and labels, and book items in stock.
