Job summary

K&M TIRE in Vandalia, IL is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead warehouse operations during the overnight shift. You will supervise pulling and staging outbound product, oversee truck loading, train teammates, and cross-train across roles as needed.

You will uphold safety, manage staffing, handle scheduling and time cards, and resolve conflicts using our values. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Schedule : Sun-Thurs 2pm-11pm.

• Supervise, direct, train, and develop teammates.
• Notify/work with warehouse manager on items that need done or improved.

• Resolve conflicts in the work environment using company values as guide.
• Secure building before leaving (lights off, alarm set, doors locked).
• Respond to after hour alarms.
• Perform all employees' duties and cross-train others.
• Help out with other duties in operations as needed.
• Report issues to supervisor.
