Job summary

K&M TIRE is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, oversee unloading, restocking, and staff development. You will train and coach team members, ensure safety standards, and maintain organized inventory flow.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed. Schedule: Sun-Thurs 2pm-11pm; candidate must be able to work evenings and manage productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of supervisor experience or equivalent education or training (or completion of K&M University training).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis.

Job Summary

The WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER works under the direction of the warehouse manager; oversees unloading of product; provides training and work for others; keeps product organized and restocked in warehouse; can fill in for warehouse positions; misc. duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Live and uphold our Mission, Vision, and Values.

3. Supervise, direct and work with your teammates.
4. Train, coach, motivate, appreciate and develop employees/teammates
5. Unload incoming product
6. Verify product with packing slip
7. Put product away in its designed spot
8. Track productivity of each teammate and hold them accountable for reaching goals.
9. Responsible for managing and resolving conflict in the work environment by using the company values as a guide.
10. Notify/work with the warehouse manager on items that need done or improved.
11. Work with the warehouse manager on staffing needs.
12. Make sure everyone observes all safety rules.
13. Have a "to do" list for each area, post so other team members knows what needs attention and when it needs done.
14. Make sure all products is put and kept in their designated area and product is restocked daily.
15. Respond to after hour alarms.

Job Requirements

1. Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.

5. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis.

Expectations:

1. Assists in the hiring, training and evaluation of employees.
2. 10 or less missed ships per month due to warehouse errors.
3. Product should be in its designated spot and warehouse layouts need updated within 1-2 weeks of receiving.
4. Increase/maximize employee productivity
5. Unload all product within 1 day of arriving on lot
6. Enforce safety and company policy and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
