Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Aurora, IL is seeking a warehouse operations professional to coordinate receiving, locating and picking activities. You will coach a team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires forklift operation, training responsibilities, and effective use of PC systems including Oracle and MS Office. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in business, logistics or supply chain and 3+ years in a distribution

Qualifications

Good oral and written communication skills.
Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules and guidelines.
Able to work a 40 hour schedule with overtime as required.
Physical presence at designated worksite.
Proficiency with PC; ability to use Oracle and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Coordinate receiving, locating, and picking functions and empower team members to achieve goals.
Coach team and provide feedback to improve performance in safety, quality, and productivity.
Promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment; enforce safety policies.
Lead pre-shift meetings and safety discussions; assist with training new team members.
Operate forklifts and manage inbound/outbound warehouse processes including labeling.
