Job summary

HelloFresh in Aurora, IL is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate to coordinate warehouse activities, coach team members, and ensure adherence to GMP/SQF and PPE policies. The role requires certifying operation of material handling equipment and maintaining accurate data entry for inventory and invoices.

You will lead daily workflows, communicate with the Procurement and Finance teams, and train new staff on SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Certification as a power material handling equipment operator (expected).
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for inventory and production invoices.
• Single point of contact for Procurement communications.
• OED/End-of-day communications with Finance.
• Coordinate door availability for inbound/outbound drivers.
• Ensure daily workload is evenly distributed by priority and ability.
• Provide guidance on proper task performance for production materials.
