Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in lead position.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and ensure safety procedures are followed.
