UPS is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage resources efficiently, foster a collaborative team environment, and align with corporate safety policies and local regulations.

Formación

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
