Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, training, and production in a fast-paced warehouse. You will lead workgroups, set high standards for accuracy, organization, and customer service, and foster collaboration across all levels of the site.

The role emphasizes staff development, resource planning, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
