Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. This role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.

The position requires managing resources to maximize output, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a proactive, collaborative environment across departments. Leadership and coaching support continued professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.

• Provide orientation, skills, and safety training and regular evaluations.
