UPS is seeking a forward-thinking supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on training, developing teams, and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.

Responsibilities include building relationships with staff and customers, managing resources for maximum output, and implementing development plans to grow personnel—while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.

• Implements personal development plans to ensure growth of personnel.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training for all employees with ongoing coaching.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies at all times.
