UPS is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, while developing and coaching workgroups across the site. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety, and build strong relationships with staff and management.

The role emphasizes training, policy adherence, resource management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bachelor's degree and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
