Job summary

TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Training Supervisor to lead onboarding and ongoing training for our warehouse team. You will coach employees, ensure safety procedures, and promote operational excellence across shifts.

Requires 2+ years in warehousing, leadership or training experience, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and JotForm. The role includes lifting up to 33 lbs and flexibility to work early mornings or evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Lead, supervisory, or employee training experience preferred
• Proficient with basic computer applications and warehouse systems (Outlook, Excel, JotForm)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and current warehouse employees.
• Provide hands-on instruction and coaching to employees with varying levels of experience and learning styles.
• Adapt training methods to promote understanding, competency, and retention.
• Provide hands-on training for shipping, receiving, inventory handling, repack operations, and other warehouse processes.
• Evaluate operator competency and reinforce safe operating practices.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
