Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan layout of storage areas, guide staff on proper handling, and oversee work procedures and safety compliance. You will assign duties, manage schedules, and ensure orderly, efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of relevant experience, 2–3 years in supervisory roles, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years of relevant, job-related experience, education or a combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items and on handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
