Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Supervisor/Team Lead, Warehouse to provide daily guidance to the warehouse team, ensure resources for safe, productive operations, and actively participate in warehouse duties as needed.

You will mentor Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks, enforce SOPs, support process improvements, meet shipment deadlines, and help build a culture of accountability and teamwork. This role offers progression opportunities within a growing packaging automation company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six or more years of warehouse experience.
• Experience leading/mentoring in a warehouse environment.
• Proven proficiency with warehousing software tracking.
• Ability to use bill of materials and vendor components.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and across functions.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain hazard-free environment
• Supervise and mentor the team of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks
• Support daily warehouse tasks for priority or complex work
• Maintain SOPs and quality protocols; oversee inspections, counts and audits
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency
• Adhere to shipment deadlines and communicate concerns
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned
