Job summary

Rema Tip Top GmbH is seeking a driven Warehouse Team Lead to guide daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety, productivity and quality across the team.

You will delegate tasks, monitor workflow, report performance to the Distribution Center Manager, and support ISO initiatives while fostering a positive, organized work environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to train and lead personnel; mentor teams.

Job description

• Act in a lead capacity, providing direction, training and support to department employees, ensuring daily productivity, quality and safety goals are met.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Guide the team through daily work activities.
• Communicate to Distribution Center Manager employee performance and attendance concerns, as well as identifying areas that need improvement.
• Serve as a mentor, create a positive work environment, that fosters understanding and growth.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Support continuous improvement efforts of the organization to achieve Company goals and objectives.
• Support year-end inventory.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of materials as needed.
• Maintain, support and advance the Company’s current ISO certification and future ISO goals.
• Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
• Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.
• Identify individuals for future advancement.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
