Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and material handling operations — including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards — forklift operation, OSHA regulations, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Manage material flow — coordinating the movement of goods to support production schedules and customer delivery performance.
• Train and lead team members — mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy — conducting cycle counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Support supply chain activities — including procurement planning, kitting, and ensuring material availability.
• Forward-thinking leader who identifies opportunities to enhance material flow, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance.
