Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order pulling.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet SLA, plan workflows, and train staff.
• Interview and hire operational applicants.
• Coach and evaluate staff, ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Develop crew leaders for daily tasks.
• Maintain equipment and storage configurations for safe operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, staging, and inventory control.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices, packing slips, and orders.
• Monitor paperwork flow from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of inventories; implement safety procedures.
• Operate machinery per PPE and safety protocols.
• Plan and implement warehouse safety and security programs.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; arrange maintenance or replacement as needed.
• Provide leadership and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participate in training and promote an inclusive, excellent work culture.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Protect company trade secrets and confidential information.
• Complete projects on time and analyze KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
