Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Lathrop, CA. You will act as a working lead, assisting the supervisor and coordinating Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.

Your focus is safety, quality, and efficiency, guiding workflow, training, and supporting the team throughout a shift. You will supervise 6–15 associates, monitor UPH performance, conduct pre-shift safety briefs, and ensure SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in warehouse roles preferred.
• Experience in multiple warehouse functions (receiving, inventory, pick/pack/ship) required.
• PIV Certification and ability to operate/PITO training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team (typically 6-15 associates) to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve performance and quality.
• Lead safety briefs, daily stretches, and ensure SOPs and safety protocols.
• Resolve issues and escalate to supervisors when needed.
